Live Video Tour of 5 Pallet Wood Planters & Projects
I grow a lot of edibles in DIY Pallet Containers
Though I usually feature my allotment garden on Lovely Greens, this week I’ve given you a peek at how I grow at home. I have a large front lawn that’s north facing so it’s in shade for most of the day. I also have a small paved patio that’s south-facing so I’m making use of that sunlight with a container garden.
Today I’ve given a Live tour of my garden along with explanations on how I grow edibles in containers, the greenhouse, and in the flower bed. A lot of the edibles in my allotment garden start off at home too — I can keep a closer eye on their growth and keep pests from damaging young plants.
Watch the tour on Facebook and check out the tutorials for some of my garden DIYs below.

Remember that when you use pallets for home and garden projects to check the stamp on the side of the pallet. It will tell you whether it has been simply heat treated or sprayed with an insecticide.
